I'll kick it off:

1) I made an "L" out of my trac bar. The steering turned out to be too much for the trac bar.

But I can't thank Clyde, Steve, Mac, John, David, and Mike enough for helping me out... and Jed for helping me off the trail  These guys straightend and sleeved my trac bar all while I wasn't even there and got me back on the trail Sunday after I had pretty much already written it off!

2) I put a small bend in my tie rod... didn't have time to put the high steer in.

Other than that... the CJ did VERY well.

my t-case shifter linkage popped off. it snapped back on easily once i figured out how to contort my arm around the skid and not touch the hot parts

thanks to Keith for operating the shifter while i reinstalled the linkage!

The only thing that happened to "tigger" was the Arkansas "Hog Call"* and a nice dent in the muffler. I liked Fun Run soooo much Sat. that X-jeeper was kind enough to lead me and "C17..." around for a little while Sunday a.m. :headbang: I can't wait to go in mine next time. :D

*-Damn alt. belt started screaming, the bearings are on the way out. Lubed it up sat. nite in the hotel parking lot so we could be stealthy sun.

Bent the hell out of my tie rod on Greg's Rocks:

MSU Brian might have the lead:

Lost a tire on Greg's Rocks:

Dented his tub when he slid back into a tree at the top of Greg's rocks:

And he has a clicking in his front diff when 4WD is engaged. Good news would be if it was a pinion seal or U joint. Bad news would be if he chipped a tooth or something of the sort. He's looking at it this week.

I bent up some control arms. i have plenty of stock spares so no big deal :)

I also took a tree to my passenger windshield pillar on the night time ultimate adventure tour Friday night. a little rash. nothing some extra armor won't cover...

Not sure what I've done... it's not the locker so I'm guessing I prolly stretched the T-case chain or popped a tooth off...

Help me out here but the amount of damage this time appears to be minor compared to runs in the past. Nothing too major that prevented a little wrench time to get back on the trails.

Yeah, and that was a scary situation. Elvis was diagonal across the trail with the blown tire on downhill side. Winched the front while Matt manned a strap to the roll bar around a tree, while Mudskipper, Brian, and I gingerly used a rickety hi-lift to get it up high enough. Not only to get the old one off but high enough to get the new one on. Even took the valve stem out to get as much play...and had just enough room. Greg's Rock in the rain is NOT a place to be off camber with your rig on a hi-lift

What about the new tires you'll be needing soon? If there was a burnout contest on Greg's Rock...you win!

I almost feel sad for not having anything to add to this list... I didn't break anything on the Jeep or myself. Maybe the wheeling gods decided to take pity on me? Oh well, I plan to get bumpered, get some sliders and some wheel spacers before the next big run so I can join ya'll on the 4's.

One trick to help in that situation is run a ratchet strap under the axle tube and hook either end to the frame. That way you don't have to lift enough to overcome full droop, just enough to clear the tire.

The dang pin for my disconnect doors fell out a few times. Im gonna grind down a passage and put a cotter pin in it to eliminate that.

That caused my drivers fender to get pissed off and not let my door open. A little hammer fixed that. :headbang:

The wire pin wrap-around thing that holds the TPS decided to start hating life, gonna get one from U-pull-it in the next few days.

My rear bumper leveraged itself loose. Gonna box the rear frame up and build something less hanging and high clearance.

LTBs got all sliced up from my new found uptravel. Sawzall solvesall

Decided that I am gonna finish up this wheelin season IFS while I continue to gather more and more parts for the SAS and do it badass from the get-go. It will see quite the transformation this time next year. Lots of chromoly and uptravel. :football: Sorry to disappoint, but I have to get school, work, house, and tow rig out of the way before I can really spend the cash and make a worthwhile SAS. The wait will be worth it :pirate:

Except Brian's rachet strap was back at camp holding up our tarp :)

I'll add to the list...

Busted the lower left front sway bar bracket where it welds to the axle. In addition, I lost all the hardware for it (nut, bolt, washer, bushing). Robert (Outlander Trailers) fabricated a new bracket and welded that on for me. A trip to True Value hardware netted the hardware and it's now fixed.

I also crushed that pretty exhaust tip I had. A pry bar opened up the hole enough for me to drive around a bit. Today I went to a muffler shop here in Sheridan, AR where the guy cut the tip off and welded on a new one...for FREE!!!

Both those things happened on Sunday when I ran a few of the harder trails...which I don't recall the names of (but Ruben and Steve showed up behind us, so they may know).

You ran Gregs rocks and then went on to Slammer. At the top of Greg's rocks is where we caught up to you.

We were going to meet up with ya'll but Steve lost his power steering and we decided to do some easier trails and then call it a day.
